What You’ll Be Doing: We are looking to hire Sales Advisor for Sienna Senior Living’s retirement brand Aspira Retirement Living, this role will be responsible for working out of our sales office in Lynden Park Mall in Brantford ON to generate occupancy and move ins for our new retirement home in Brantford, Ontario. The location is set to open in 2025. The preferred candidate is someone who is a ‘sales shark’ that can hunt for opportunities, is a go getter, and professional sales person.

  • Development and implementation of a community marketing plan – networking, generating leads, securing move in
  • Completing paperwork required for potential new move ins
  • Coordination of promotional activities with sales and marketing team
  • Holds primary responsibility for all sales functions including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring/retouring and follow up
  • Create, maintains and grows key relationships within the greater Brantford community
  • Manages and reports on changes in the marketplace and competitive intelligence
  • Deliver sales training for Retirement Residence Team
  • Ability to create, host and execute on sales events within the sales center

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 5 years residential and or commercial sales experience - retirement living sales experience is a HUGE bonus!
  • Excellent customer service skills and knowledge and be able to teach others
  • Able to accommodate evening and weekend work which is required of this role
  • Must present a professional image to the public at all times and be able to represent/promote the residence
  • Good computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, CRM
  • Strong networking and proven community outreach skills.
  • Strong sales presentation skills and strong ability to closing the sale by receiving a deposit
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Has access to a vehicle, possesses a clean Class G driver license, and is able to drive as a requirement of the position.
    This position requires the candidate to complete a criminal record check and provide 2 professional references.
    The position will be working 5 days a week out of our sales office site in Lynden Park Mall in Brantford ON – evenings and weekends will be required.
    Base Compensation with structured bonus in place.
