  • You provide customers with an excellent and premium shopping experience. You provide special and inspiring service beyond customer expectations and maintain a loyal and personal approach.
  • You apply mandatory sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales.
  • You follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc.
