As an Sales Advisor, you’ll need to be self-motivated and target driven with a contagiously positive attitude to troubleshoot and resolve customer requests via multiple platforms, ultimately ensuring that they have had a pleasant customer experience.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

  • A matric certificate
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact centre
  • 6 months outbound Sales experience
  • Clear communication skills with accurate spelling, grammar, pronunciation skills (B2 Level or higher)
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment with high call volumes
  • Knowledge of phone and key board functions and are generally computer and tech savvy
  • Active listening skills and are customer centric focused
