Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing world-class customer service.
  • Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
  • Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
  • Collaborating closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
  • Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
  • Handling day-to-day operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
  • Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience.

You will be part of a friendly team in our Norwich store. Your role is pivotal in ensuring an unmatched customer service experience that encourages repeat visits.
