Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing world-class customer service.
- Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
- Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
- Collaborating closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
- Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
- Handling day-to-day operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
- Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience.
