As a Sales Advisor based in Kingston Upon Hull, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
  • Sales or customer service experience would be ideal
  • Merchant or plumbing and heating experience would be ideal, but not essential as training can be provided.

This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
