As a Sales Advisor based in Crewe, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving customers at the sales counter, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive and proactive mindset, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Performing a variety of warehouse duties, including order picking and packing, receiving deliveries and maintaining the branch’s merchandising standards.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident approach to customer interaction.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.

This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12.00pm paid as overtime.
