As a Sales Advisor based in Ely you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive and proactive mindset, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising within the branch.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work in a busy fast-paced environment
This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
between 7.30am - 5pm, along with one Saturday per month 8am - 12noon paid at overtime.
