As a Part Time Sales Advisor based in Redruth (TR15 3RR), you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
- Providing excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers
- Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard
This is a Part Time, permanent role working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am- 12.30pm.
