Overview of Responsibilities:
- Proactively engaging customers while sampling products
- Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided
- Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product
- Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
- Coordinating all event activities, including:
- Event setup and takedown
- Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings
- Managing sample supply and sample product inventory
- Preparing event recaps via SharePoint
- Maintaining program specific equipment
- Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
- Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base

Qualifications:

- Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $14.75 - $20.65 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant. Benefits:
