Description:
Annual Salary $67,000 - $86,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection: Gather and analyze data from internal and external. Monitor market data to learn trends, share movement, and competitive developments. Create an Executive summary of insights and key changes for share development.
- Data analysis: Review sales data to identify trends, patterns, customer-specific issues, and areas for improvement. Compare actual sales data to sales and revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Forecasting: Develop sales demand plan based on customer POS data, historical performance, and market trends.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate reporting tools using data from internal and external sources., Create weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing managers, mediating between teams and business stakeholders. Lead monthly customer insight meetings, forecasting customer demand using quantitative data analysis and market intelligence to predict sales trends and inform inventory decisions.
- Performance: Leverage sales data and insights to create meaningful KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics. Help to identify and remove bottlenecks to increase overall organizational efficiencies.
- Comfortable in executive and customer presentations
- Work cross-functionally with global and local critical teammates.
Work to shadow the Life Cycle Manager for long-term development.
Professional Experience:
Proficiency in statistical analysis and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Written and oral communication skills
- Previous role in planning, finance, or data management
- Experience with vendor portals, specifically Home Depot and Lowes preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of forecasting, supply chain management, and inventory management
Education and Technical Skills Profile:
- Business degree required.
- Data analysis – collect, organize, and interpret data
- Organization and time management skills
- Experienced in utilizing various software systems for sales and project management
- Practical verbal and written communication skills

Mobility and Physical Requirement Profile:
- This dynamic role is based in Atlanta or Charlotte at one of our sales office locations No relocation is provided
- Routine travel will be minimal, but intermittent travel periods, including some international, may be required.
- Hybrid Office/Work from Home. Office requirements 3 days per week with the ability to work four when needed.
