We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Admin Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional education and support to students.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Follow-Up Skills - Ability to consistently follow up with students and convert inquiries into registrations.
  • Time Management - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • IT Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general administrative software.
  • Customer Service - Relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with students.
  • Work Ethic - Capable of working under minimum supervision and taking initiative to achieve targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up
  • Proactively follow up with students for inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Maintain accurate track records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and conversion.
  • Work towards generating more leads and achieving targets, earning commission for exceeding goals.
  1. Student Guidance and Support
  • Provide detailed guidance and information to prospective students about our programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and associated costs.
  • Build strong relationships with students, offering personalized advice and assistance to meet their individual needs.
  1. Administrative Tasks
  • Manage and maintain student records and inquiries in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and follow-up actions, coordinating effectively with the team.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks, including reporting and documentation.
  1. Customer Service and Relationship Management
  • Handle student concerns and queries professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Foster relationships with students from diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
