We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Admin Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional education and support to students.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Follow-Up Skills - Ability to consistently follow up with students and convert inquiries into registrations.
- Time Management - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- IT Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general administrative software.
- Customer Service - Relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with students.
- Work Ethic - Capable of working under minimum supervision and taking initiative to achieve targets.
- Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up
- Proactively follow up with students for inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain accurate track records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and conversion.
- Work towards generating more leads and achieving targets, earning commission for exceeding goals.
- Student Guidance and Support
- Provide detailed guidance and information to prospective students about our programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and associated costs.
- Build strong relationships with students, offering personalized advice and assistance to meet their individual needs.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage and maintain student records and inquiries in an organized and efficient manner.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and follow-up actions, coordinating effectively with the team.
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including reporting and documentation.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Handle student concerns and queries professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Foster relationships with students from diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
