Description:

ABLE IRRIGATION LTD. is seeking a full-time Sales and Billing Coordinator to join our team in our Burnaby office.

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Sales & Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an invoicing or quoting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and transactions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices for clients according to contract terms and payment schedules.
  • Generate and send detailed and accurate quotes based on client requests and parts/product specifications.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure smooth invoicing and quoting processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving any invoicing discrepancies or client inquiries regarding billing or quotes.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system to ensure correct billing and quoting information.
  • Assist in creating and updating pricing structures, ensuring consistency with company policies.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.
