KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  1. Proven experience in a Marketing, Business Development & Public Relation, or a similar role.
  2. Possess a degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Master’s in Mass Communication/Business Development/Marketing/Public Relations or equivalent.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
  6. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics.
  7. Minimum of 3- 5 year of experience in marketing/sales/public relations or anything related.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and delivering strategic service presentations to prospective clients.
  2. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders to grow service outreach.
  3. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and refine strategies.
  4. Prepare, present and follow up proposals/quotations /contracts/agreements to prospects and clients.
  5. Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows to network and establish connections with potential clients.
  6. Coordinate events to promote the company and services.
  7. Identifying and prospecting potential clients by telemarketing and cold calling.
  8. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, encompassing social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
  9. Manage company tenders for private and government tender.
  10. Develop, oversee, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services, enhancing visibility and market presence.
  11. Provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth sales and marketing operations, contributing to the efficiency and success of the team.
  12. Weekly review of sales performance and taking corrective action to ensure targets are met.
