KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Proven experience in a Marketing, Business Development & Public Relation, or a similar role.
- Possess a degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Master’s in Mass Communication/Business Development/Marketing/Public Relations or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Minimum of 3- 5 year of experience in marketing/sales/public relations or anything related.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering strategic service presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders to grow service outreach.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and refine strategies.
- Prepare, present and follow up proposals/quotations /contracts/agreements to prospects and clients.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows to network and establish connections with potential clients.
- Coordinate events to promote the company and services.
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients by telemarketing and cold calling.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, encompassing social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Manage company tenders for private and government tender.
- Develop, oversee, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services, enhancing visibility and market presence.
- Provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth sales and marketing operations, contributing to the efficiency and success of the team.
- Weekly review of sales performance and taking corrective action to ensure targets are met.
