Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Content E-commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across e-commerce marketplaces and our website. You will play a key role in ensuring product listings are optimized, driving sales growth, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, product management, marketing, or operations in an e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketplaces like Amazon and Noon is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and workflows.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,750.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Website Management:
  • Oversee pricing, product descriptions, and general content for the website.
  • Ensure products are listed and optimized to the highest standards across the website and marketplaces.
  • Keep the website updated with the latest products and promotions.
  • Marketplace Management:
  • Manage product listings, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces.
  • Improve product rankings by utilizing relevant keywords to maximize sales conversion and revenue.
  • Generate and monitor customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive marketplace status.
  • Collaborate with category heads to define strategies for business growth.
  • Marketing and Analytics:
  • Assist in creating and executing ad hoc marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze traffic and sales conversion data to enhance the effectiveness of online content and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to manage and clear excess stock efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Vendor Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with marketplace representatives to ensure seamless operations.
