at  Special Event Rentals

LARGE EVENT COORDINATION (ADDED WITH EXPERIENCE)

• Arrange site inspections for all tent orders and other large events. Arrange for the appropriate SER employee to attend each inspection.
• Use and promote PartyCad to draft site plans.
• Work with event planners for coordination of all the rentals for their events.
• Quote on large jobs. Quote to be approved by management prior to submitting to client.
• Prior to large events, meet with the team who will be onsite to plan the delivery/pick-up details.
• When you are the lead onsite, coordinate SER staff, liaise with clients on site, anticipate clients’ needs and troubleshoot, review events to evaluate successes and areas to improve.
