Responsibilities:

As our Sales & Events Administrator you will be a key support to the events coordination and administration team, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and computer literacy. You will support the coordination of information and data input to ensure accurate information is captured and passed on through ordering and invoicing platforms. The role is digital based and therefore a high level of IT skills are required in order to understand, set up and instruct on the efficient use of systems. As well as this, general administrative tasks are also a big part of the role.

  • Kitchen Operations Support: Handle daily administrative tasks for the kitchen, including approving and organizing essential control forms to maintain smooth operations.
  • Training Documentation: Manage kitchen staff training records, ensuring training folders are up-to-date to support a skilled and compliant team.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to implement our Food Safety Management System, ensuring all practices align with the latest regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Assistance: Support monthly stock counts and accurately input data to help maintain efficient inventory control.
  • Payroll Coordination: Capture and verify kitchen staff hours, contributing to accurate and timely payroll processing.
