Our offerings include exam prep books, online quizzes, webinars, trivia, etc. As we expand, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in executing strategy across our umbrella of sister brands. POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Growth Manager to pioneer and lead our expansion efforts across both B2B (school engagement) and B2C (e-commerce) channels. This is a newly created role, offering a blank canvas for someone with the expertise, passion, and drive to shape and execute our growth strategy.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on tasks within a small team. The focus is not just on calling schools but developing and leading structured engagement strategies to enhance our brand awareness and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience working with post-secondary institutions and a strong understanding of e-commerce optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B outreach and B2C sales optimization, preferably in education, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong track record of building relationships with educational institutions and driving awareness initiatives.
  • Hands-on approach, capable of executing outreach while also developing strategic plans.
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM or similar platforms; ability to optimize CRM processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Willingness to travel (5-8 times per year) for school visits and conferences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in educational sales or edtech solutions.
  • Experience working with post-secondary institutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and e-commerce optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

B2B Engagement (School Awareness Initiatives)

  • Proactively engage educational institutions to build awareness through outreach efforts, including following up on school boxes and materials.
  • Establish long-term relationships with school program directors to position StudentRDH as a trusted resource.
  • Develop structured follow-up and tracking processes for outreach, ensuring a consistent engagement approach.
  • Personally engage with schools via phone, email, and events, while also creating scalable outreach plans.
  • Attend 5-8 school visits/conferences per year to strengthen relationships and present our solutions.

B2C Growth (E-Commerce and Direct-to-Student Sales Optimization)

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize our e-commerce sales channels, improve conversion rates, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with digital initiatives, including lead generation, social media, and paid ads.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the direct-to-student segment and propose new approaches to scale revenue.
  • Leverage insights and data from CRM to fine-tune our sales strategies and student engagement efforts.

Sales Execution & CRM Management

  • Take ownership of our Pipedrive CRM, optimizing usage and proposing improvements to better track and engage leads.
  • Establish and document SOPs and best practices for lead management and engagement.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for growth.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Report directly to the founder and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align efforts and share insights.
  • Attend at least two meetings per week to discuss progress and strategy.
  • Motivate and oversee school engagement coordinators, ensuring follow-up consistency and execution excellence.
