Description:
Job Profile:
Reeds Rains in Little Sutton are looking for a highly motivated, ideally experienced Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, with the Sales and Lettings team.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
