REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, or Market Insights; excellent understanding of sales metrics and market research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.


    • Fluency in English; ability to communicate insights effectively, translating data findings into actionable recommendations for a broad audience.

      Proficiency in Snowflake, Python and knowledge/experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems would be beneficial to have.

    Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives; translating their needs into analytics proposals that are fit for usage within the region.
    • Developing, automating, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
    • Generating Analytics solution; following key initiatives within the operating unit and developing reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying key insights and trends.
    • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting by performing regular data validation.
    • Analysing sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales pipeline and revenue generation.
    • Preparing regular ad hoc sales performance reports for senior leadership team.
    • Gathering data from a variety of internal and external sources, analysing market developments, and competitive activity.
