Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?
Business Support, Vita Europe, is looking for a Sales and Marketing coordinator. The position is based in Glostrup Denmark and you will be working with great brand within the Fiskars Group such as; Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Iittala, Arabia and Wedgwood.
The team works very closely together with Sales and support the Key Account manager team. Central to this role is the capacity to navigate complex organizational landscapes, contributing to that all operational information reaches the necessary stakeholders across Europe promptly and accurately. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the business runs smoothly, and contribute to the daily sales. In order to have success in the role, you need to gather information within the organization and deliver it in a structured manner. You will be working closely with colleagues in our Merchandising team, Supply Chain and Customer Service locally in Denmark but also colleagues from our many other locations in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of sales master data files on customers (products and prices)
  • Responsible of customer specific price files
  • Editing and translating customer specific materials
  • Various ad hoc sales analytics across Key Accounts
  • Creating various POS, presentations and the like to support the sales activities.
  • Development and implementation of effective email marketing, including the company’s information and newsletter.
  • Contact and coordination with internal stakeholders in consultation with Marketing and Sales to ensure coherent campaigns and partnerships.
  • Local point of contact for global Business Units (brands)
  • Participate in planning and coordination of fairs and events.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in writing and speech, and the ability to prepare well-formulated texts with sharp messages that resonate directly with the target group.
  • Fluent in English and Danish at a high level
  • Knowledge of image and video editing
  • Strong excel skills and used to using power points
  • Team player, inquisitive, willing to learn and curious.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, showcasing the ability to manage the various tasks effectively and foster efficiency. The role demands a sales driven thinker with a strong commercial acumen and a genuine team player, ensuring comprehensive support. You are analytical in your approach to the work processes, and interested in how to optimize to create better flow, turnover and fewer bottlenecks. Outgoing and curious about and used to using AI in daily work.
Educational background: Bachelor or similar
Language proficiency: Fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken (additional languages is a plus)
