JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role at BHC Distributors Ltd in Ballycastle. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, conducting training sessions, and managing sales activities to meet business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a marketing or sales role is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Assist in organising promotional events and product launches.
