QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Candidates without the above qualification but with related working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Architecture and Design industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Independent, initiative-driven, organised with a positive working attitudes.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel when needed.
  • Good IT Literacy in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print, with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Oversee the firm’s online presence, including website management and search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, trends and target market.
  • Produce engaging content for the firm’s website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels aimed at attracting potential clients.
  • Ensure consistent representation of the firm’s brand across all sales and marketing materials and platforms.
  • Develop case studies, project showcases, and other materials to highlight the firm’s work and convert leads into sales.
  • Create and maintain a strong brand identity through visual and verbal communication.
  • Analyse marketing data and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies that drive new business.
  • Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, partners and clients to foster new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
