Description:
OVERVIEW
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for the prospecting and developing of sales relationships and building pipelines of potential clients. Confident in planning activities and formulating strategies to find the next sale. He/she should also be comfortable with cold calling and on-ground sales activities.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who looks forward to an attractive compensation structure with performance rewards.
A successful candidate can expect to be promoted where he/she will be expected to recruit, develop and lead a new team of sales executives.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Determine prospective customers’ need for Payroll Outsourcing, Advisory, HR Tools or Employee Handbook Solutions
- Prepare and present proposals with close follow-ups throughout the sales process
- Close the sale
- Maintain relationships with clients to determine needs for additional services or solutions
- Initiative to develop prospects through cold calling, tradeshows, referrals, door-to-door engagement and any other relevant sources for sales prospectingAchieve agreed sales quota and expectations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
While these are the preferable expectations, junior or senior candidates may be considered.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- Customer service orientation
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good time management
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- Able to handle objections and unexpected situations that may arise in the sales process
