JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, presenting our services effectively.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct calling campaigns and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Client Retention: Implement strategies to maintain long-term client relationships and reduce churn.
  • Client Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive growth.
  • Technical Sales and Client Pitching: Lead technical sales presentations and pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating complex IT and web design concepts.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote Superink digital services, OnePassERP SaaS, Interior Design and Carpentry services, and other offerings in our portfolio.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new markets and business opportunities to expand our client base and service reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, using data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials and sales collateral to support lead generation and conversions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in IT or related industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
