We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join a leading HR consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Collaborate with our HR consulting team to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HR consulting industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the HR consulting industry and its trends
