Responsibilities:
Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Manager. Our Sales & Marketing Managers have a passion for sales; a whatever it takes mentality, and a drive to be extraordinary!   • Drive implementation of Local marketing programs through creative and innovative initiatives, primarily focusing on the Hard Rock brand attributes – Authentic, Passionate, Irreverent, and Unpredictable, Democratic.
  • Evaluate local market and its opportunities in partnerships, public relations, and overall local market integration to grow top line sales.
  • Execute and participate in client functions and designated events to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
  • Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the local Cafe and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits. Develop and maintain positive relationships within the business and social community.
  • Execute successful local online/digital/social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
  • Partner with Operations to manage local resources and coordinate operations between departments.
  • Utilize programs designed to help Save the Planet. Spearhead philanthropic initiatives.
  • Present a professional image to employees, guests and clients.

Qualifications:

Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?

  • Relevant experience in an Sales & Marketing role with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
  • Strong online affine behaviour as well as Social Media expertise
  • Ability to learn and bring “out of the box” ideas to the team
  • Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events
  • High level of business acumen and common sense
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
  • Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
  • Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization.
  • Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English and German required
  • Must have a valid UK work permit to work in this location
