We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, build high-value relationships, and strategically expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by building strong connections with investors, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
- Investor Relations: Manage relationships with Family Offices, Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors, and other funding entities to match capital with scalable business opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Drive revenue through proactive outreach, strategic cold calling, and high-impact sales presentations tailored to senior stakeholders.
- Account Management: Oversee diverse client portfolios, ensuring long-term satisfaction and value delivery.
- Event Coordination: Plan and moderate investment pitch sessions, webinars, and networking events to foster collaboration and visibility.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize customer success outcomes.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement in processes and strategies.
Business Development Specific Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Identify emerging trends, market needs, and business opportunities to inform sales strategies.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, pitch decks, and business plans tailored to investor and client requirements.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients and investors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to establish a strong professional network.
- Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with external partners to enhance the organization’s market footprint.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, venture capital fundraising, or business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. (A CFP certification is a plus.)
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and securing high-value investment deals.
- CRM Expertise: Proficient in using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce for managing client relationships and tracking performance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Skilled in delivering compelling presentations to C-suite executives, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
