Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products or services, including digital marketing, content creation, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Manage and optimize online presence, including website content, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and other analytics platforms.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including KPIs and ROI.
- Analyze data to forecast sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
