Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, reporting to the CRO, to join our team and optimize our sales and marketing processes. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales and marketing operations. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, channel/partner and executive teams to ensure efficient and effective use of our technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and Sales Intel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these tools and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations, with a strong focus on tech stack management.
  • Expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and Sales Intel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Tech Stack Management:
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Sales Intel and other tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across all platforms.
  • Manage and troubleshoot any issues related to the tech stack, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze and optimize sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement best practices for lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.
  • Create and send email campaigns needed by Marketing team or other internal stakeholders
  • Report results, drive insights to improve the success of campaigns integrated into the Marketing Automation systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and address process bottlenecks.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI to guide marketing investments.
  • Collaboration and Training:
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in using the tech stack.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage projects related to sales and marketing operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
