Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

DESIGN AND CONTENT TOOLS (BASIC KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED):

  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

ROLE OVERVIEW:

A Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving a company’s revenue by developing and executing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones. They are responsible for analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams to meet business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and achieve goals.
  • Marketing:
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for email marketing, blogs, social media, and websites.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts using SEO and paid advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve future sales and marketing efforts.
  • Track ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and sales.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
