Description:

Anytime Fitness Harlow is currently seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to become our Sales and Membership Manager and who is ready to embrace our brand mission of Making Healthy Happen for our members!

The successful candidate will oversee the membership programme, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and driving membership growth. This is a great role working closely with the owners and senior managers, taking responsibility for membership sales and revenue for the gym, with the goal of developing to a General Manager position within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, by acting as Front of House and being a key point of contact for members.
  • Taking ownership of club membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention, and growth every month.
  • Ensuring that all performance KPI’s are met to achieve our desired membership net growth and business turnover targets
  • Producing and delivering local area marketing plans, including outreach, social media, referrals, and corporate development activity
  • Coordinate events and activities that promote member engagement and build a sense of community
  • Maintaining low attrition levels through delivering excellent customer service, handling member problems with empathy to reach satisfactory resolutions
  • Supporting the smooth running of the club through effective day to day gym management

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • membership sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
