Sales and Operations Planner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Any other European Level Language would be an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferable Oracle, Demantra
• Intermediate knowledge of Analytics Tools preferable Power BI

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Analyzing historical data and backlog to make recommendations for Europe Demand Plan
• Supporting monthly build plan preparation for the European and global factories, reviewing Demand Plan vs Build Plan with planning and production to identify any potential risk
• Coordinating inventory reduction and optimization programs
• Leading pre-demand plan meetings where the Demand plan is agreed with Sales & Marketing and Product Management and the plan adjusted based on their input
• Uploading the forecast and make necessary adjustments in Oracle Demantra on monthly basis
• Updating the average unit price for base-models as needed
• Proactively communicating and addressing issues with multiple functional groups (Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain), proposing solutions as needed
• Collaborating cross functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Organizations to establish and implement new product introduction forecasts and materials plans to assist in managing product cannibalization rates and product obsolescence activity.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• University Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience in a Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Planning & Scheduling, Marketing, Project Management or Finance role or similar
• Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of the following Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (building reports, pivot tables, diagrams, functions)
