Our Sales and Shipping department in Ovar, Portugal is looking for its missing piece!

Your activities

• Provide commercial administrative support.
• Perform general office tasks, including preparing documents, processing correspondence, updating databases, and organizing files.
• Place and ship orders.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage transport reservations.
• Contribute for the improvement of commercial strategy.
• Prepare reports and conduct analysis on relevant decision-making actions.
• Communicate and cooperate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure online, phone and in-person customer service, both for current and potential customers.

Who you are

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma in office management, languages and business relations or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of similar professional experience.
• You are passionate about customer service.
• You have good communication and collaboration skills, moreover you are a proactive, organized and detail-oriented person.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software (plus).
