1. Technical Support and Consultation
   o Analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable cutting tool solutions for machining applications.
   o Provide technical advice on tool selection, machining parameters, and application strategies.
   o Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues related to cutting tools.
2. Customer Engagement
   o Conduct site visits to assess machining processes and recommend process improvements.
   o Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical presentations to customers and distributors.
   o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Tool Design and Customization
   o Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design custom cutting tools for specialized applications.
   o Provide input on new product development based on customer feedback and industry trends.
4. Process Optimization
   o Identify opportunities to improve machining efficiency, tool life, and surface finish
   o Recommend adjustments to cutting speeds, feeds, and coolant usage for optimal performance.
5. Market and Product Knowledge
   o Stay updated on advancements in cutting tool technologies, materials, and machining techniques.
   o Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and solutions for customers.
6. Collaboration and Reporting
   o Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
   o Prepare detailed reports and documentation on application findings, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
7. Work Environment
   o Combination of office, shop floor, and customer site environments, even to external GCC (not limited to) markets for development of market share
   o Travel to customer locations may be required (approximately 80%).
   Job Type: Full-time
   Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
