Description:

The Sales Assistant is responsible to provide sales support to Retirement Living Consultants (RLCs) with the administration and coordination of the sales process and occasionally business development.
Key Accountabilities

EDUCATION:

  • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.Post secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in data entry, customer service and working with seniors.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and caring interpersonal customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multi-task and results oriented in a pro-active busy environment.
  • Knowledge of the community and surrounding areas.Computer literate with knowledge of related software programs (CRM).
