Description:
The Sales Assistant is responsible to provide sales support to Retirement Living Consultants (RLCs) with the administration and coordination of the sales process and occasionally business development.
Key Accountabilities
EDUCATION:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.Post secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in data entry, customer service and working with seniors.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Empathetic and caring interpersonal customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multi-task and results oriented in a pro-active busy environment.
- Knowledge of the community and surrounding areas.Computer literate with knowledge of related software programs (CRM).
