JOB SUMMARY

• To assist Senior Product Advisors in their day-to-day tasks while managing their vehicle deliveries and guests

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE

• Some prior experience in an automotive dealership may serve as an asset, not required
• Strong interest in automotive sales business

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent ability to grasp new product knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on a firm timeline
• Able to multitask and work without supervision
• Must be G certified
• Holds OMVIC license

• Follow up with Norman’s guests to confirm the vehicle delivery date (how often? Daily routine)
• Contact guest’s insurance providers to receive confirmation of insurance
• Upon receiving insurance confirmation, contact licensing clerk to complete the licensing process of the vehicles On the day of delivery:
• Coordinate with PDI department to ensure the vehicle is ready as requested
• Pick up vehicle from PDI department and prepare the vehicle for display at Lexus.
• Install license plate on guest vehicles
• Ensure paperwork and owner’s manual are ready for product advisors to review with guests
• Demonstrate vehicle features to guests as requested by the product advisors
• Demonstrate and follow Erin Park’s 5 Car Keys (i.e. Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency) through daily activities and interactions
