Sales Assistant for French Market

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with a sales-oriented, positive, and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires multitasking and prioritising between multiple tasks. We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great if you bring the following to the table:

• A solid understanding of numbers and business
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• Experience in a sales position would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry is considered a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales manager, sales representatives, and customers in the French market. In addition, you will act as the link between customers, the sales team, and JACK & JONES’ buying department. More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Providing administrative support for the sales team in the French market
• Ensuring smooth sales processes in collaboration with the Buying and Sales departments
• Processing orders and following up on order and stock situations
• Distributing products to our customers
• Assisting at collection meetings
• Supporting sales events and fairs
• Optimising sales to our customers and partners
