Description:

Summary:
Directly reporting to the sales manager, this role will promote our company image and all company-related products as they pertain to the business. This position plays a key role with our customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interaction. It provides pricing, product specifications, and recommendations for orders. This position utilizes strong attention to detail to electronically enter orders into a proprietary system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact with the customer; answer questions, quote prices, order necessary products, and schedule delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team related to paperwork, delivery tickets, and input electronically to facilitate proper invoicing of customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and in person.
  • Learn and have a detailed understanding of the company sales menu to articulate customer needs.
  • Complete J.U.L.I.E. locates for the sales team.

Education, Certifications & Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Customer Service Focus with a desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently, and be self-motivated with a high sense of urgency.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to create solutions.
  • Must be able to multitask and work with shifting priorities.
