We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team to achieve their targets. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that our sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments
• Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure that they are converted into actual sales
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and concerns
