JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Testing of new products & report findings and to share with domain & marketing team
• Support service team in testing of faulty appliances product/s (ad-hoc)
• Development of in-house cooking recipe (Quarterly)
• Plan and conduct regular cooking classes for customers
• Training of demonstrators/promoters on usage of home appliances products
• Support cooking event/roadshow on cooking demonstration
• Support Company Cooking Community, CX value creation, & livestreaming activities
• Conduct in-store demonstration when require
• Other ad hoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Have strong interest and passion in cooking
• Able to work independently and preferred to have good product knowledge, but not essential. Training will be provided.
• Have good interest in creating food recipe
• Patience and has good communication skill
• Possess basic knowledge in Excel
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese customers to explain products features and functions and recipes.
• Willing to travel when required
