Description

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Profile Description

• Completed commercial professional training as well as respective work and field experiences in area of high class fashion, ideally in comparable areas of responsibility.
• One/two years of professional expertise.
• Native German, Fluent English, preferably a third language (Russian, Chinese)
• Strong team and communication abilities as well as pronounced interpersonal skills.
• Full-time
• Flexible in working hours.

Legally mandatory information: The monthly collective agreement minimum wage for this position is €1.740,00 gross for 38.5 hours/week. The actual salary is above the collective agreement and is based on the labor market.
