Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / SPM with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication skill and positive working attitude
- Able to speak and read Chinese
- Proficient in MS Excel/Outlook
- Team Player
- Diligent and self-motivated
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage
Working Hours
Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Sat : 9.00am to 1.00pm
Salary: $1800 to $2500
Location : Senoko

Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and coordinating logistics for sales activities.
- Handling the processing of sales orders and issue invoice with accuracy and timeliness.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and providing after-sales support.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Preparing Statements of Accounts for customers to remind payment.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure product availability and compliance with policies.Perform any adhoc duties as assigned
