Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / SPM with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good communication skill and positive working attitude
  • Able to speak and read Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Outlook
  • Team Player
  • Diligent and self-motivated
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage
    Working Hours
    Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm
    Sat : 9.00am to 1.00pm
    Salary: $1800 to $2500
    Location : Senoko

Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules and coordinating logistics for sales activities.
  • Handling the processing of sales orders and issue invoice with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and providing after-sales support.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Preparing Statements of Accounts for customers to remind payment.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure product availability and compliance with policies.Perform any adhoc duties as assigned
