Description:
- Receive applications from the pre-qualifications queue and review for accuracy
- Review the completed agent agreement to ensure it matches with the application and supporting documentation
- Review the application until the agent is activated and ensure the information submitted meets Ria’s company policies
- Identify incorrect information in applications, provide solutions and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Support our internal departments and field sales representatives to assure applications are being processed professionally and in a timely manner in the queue
- Set up the new agents’ account which includes contact information, identification number, pricing, commissions, etc.
- Notify Sales, Finance, Procurement and Web Support departments about the new activations
- Coordinate the activation of the new agent once the requirements are fulfilled
- Update our existing agent’s information such as bank accounts, owner’s information, phone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses (if required)
- Process the change of owner’s applications of our existing agents
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned

- High school graduate and or some college preferred
- Excellent English and Spanish language skills
- Critical thinking using logic and reasoning to identify information incorrect and provide alternative solutions to move the application to the activation queue
- Uses different techniques to identify possible solutions and panifies next steps.
- Analytical thinking to analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems
- Aligns individual work activities to the group making sure the applications are no left behind as per AOB policy
- Cooperation with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
- Communicates clearly to convince.
- Guide daily work in all AOB queues for the short/mid term
- Attention to detail, learning skills and decision making
- Giving full attention to what other people are reviewing and transferring to QA/Agent Setup
- Job requires being open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
- Change adaptability and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends
- Greater aptitude for coaching, motivating, and interacting with work teams
- Ability to operate in a team environment
