REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC /GCE O Level or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years experience in F&B environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• 5 working days per week with the ability to work on weekends/public holidays and rotating shifts

• Process product item orders and operate a cash register, ensure the replenishment of stocks, and completing other assigned tasks
• Interact with customers; provide a warm and memorable experience, ensure all customers receive prompt and excellent standards of service
• Train new team members in accordance with the service standards
• Maintain accurate stock control, display items and stocks replenishment.
• Ensure consistent good housekeeping standards
