Description:

Your mission

  • Team player: You work with our sales team and support them in their tasks.
  • Lead management: You process outbound and inbound leads efficiently and in a targeted manner.
  • Initial contact: You are the first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Cold calling: You make cold calls and proactively approach new customers.
  • Discovery: You quickly recognize customers’ needs and understand their requirements.
  • Qualification: You qualify customers and conduct initial discussions to analyze their needs.
  • Arrange intros: You organize and conduct introductory meetings with potential customers.
  • Admin support: You support the team with administrative tasks.

Your profile

  • Lateral entry welcome: Your chance to enter the sales sector!
  • Structured: You work in an organized manner and always maintain an overview.
  • Proactive: You tackle things independently and don’t wait for instructions.
  • Hands-on mentality: You are practical and implement ideas quickly.
  • Fluent: German at C2 level and English at B2 level.
  • Tech-savvy: You are technically adept and understand complex interrelationships.
  • Nice-to-have: Industry experience in surveying or fiber optics (not a must).
