SALES ASSISTANT - WHSMITH CONCESSION (BOOKSHOP & CURIOCITY) - SELFRIDGES TRAFFORD CENTRE

Contract Type: Part Time
Working hours: 15hrs 3 days a week, weekend and shift work with 10pm finish times.Salary: £11.50 per hour
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, have a passion for Books & Stationery and be able to work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

WHAT BEING A SALES ASSISTANT IS ALL ABOUT:

• Delivering an exceptional customer journey, through greeting and approaching all our customers.
• Having a love of books and a passion for reading.
• A great listener and confident in selling.
• Have the ability to recommend across all genres.
• Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop.
• Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising. Ensuring our customers find what they’re looking for easily.
• Able to merchandise a variety of Stationery products.
• Being part of a team and supporting colleagues.
