SOTF, an acronym for Store Of The Future, is a one-of-a-kind concept store and e-commerce dedicated to streetwear and a key player in the sneaker world boasting a catalog of the most notable brands in the world of streetwear and luxury fashion.
SOTF is looking for a Sales Assistant for the store in the exclusive location Forte Dei Marmi.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of fabrics and the wearability of garments. The in-store sales team’s responsibility is to guide customers in choosing the best products to enhance their look based on their tastes and needs.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stocktake/inventory,

markdowns, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and an open mind.
• Empathetic, with an ability to identify customer needs.
• Patience, good attitude, and an interest in public relations.
• Extensive knowledge of the products being sold.
• Being tidy, organized, and having the ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously.
• Minimum B2 proficiency in English.
• Sales experience in the luxury sector is considered a plus.

This is a part-time (30 hours per week) seasonal summer job subject to the Italian commercial contract located in Forte dei Marmi.
