We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Associate cum Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who excels in customer service, sales, and digital operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for jewelry, and the ability to manage both in-store sales and ecommerce activities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online sales processes.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
