To support our team in our exclusive boutique in Amsterdam, we ar looking for someone to start as soon as possible as a
YOUR BACKGROUND AND COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
- at leat 3 years of luxury retail or hospitality experience or experience in a similar function
- strong communication skills
- business fluent in English, another language such as Mandarin and Russian desirable
- service-minded and sales-driven
- honest and positive attitude towards work and the customer
- pronounced quality awareness
Responsibilities:
- support of our national and international clients
- cultivate existing clients and acquire and convert new clients
- sale of our high-luxury watches and jewellery
- participation in the organisation and implementation of events
- identify sales opportunities inside or outside the boutique
- use the CRM system on a daily basis to enter clients and prospects, create selling opportunities and fulfill client-related tasks
- help to provide a flawless after-sale service
- all necessary administrative tasks
