YOUR BACKGROUND AND COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

• at leat 3 years of luxury retail or hospitality experience or experience in a similar function
• strong communication skills
• business fluent in English, another language such as Mandarin and Russian desirable
• service-minded and sales-driven
• honest and positive attitude towards work and the customer
• pronounced quality awareness

• support of our national and international clients
• cultivate existing clients and acquire and convert new clients
• sale of our high-luxury watches and jewellery
• participation in the organisation and implementation of events
• identify sales opportunities inside or outside the boutique
• use the CRM system on a daily basis to enter clients and prospects, create selling opportunities and fulfill client-related tasks
• help to provide a flawless after-sale service
• all necessary administrative tasks
